3d view with bicolored glasses?

Has someone tried out to generate a 3d view for red-green or red-blue glasses (I don't know the correct term for this)?

If not, what would be the easiest way to do it?

No, haven't tried it, but I imagine it could be done with two passes and some filter shaders which keep red or green only…

OpenGL has an extension for this iirc, but we don't make use of it currently.

So it wouldn't make much sense to invent the wheel twice. I'll have a look at OpenGL.
