For all folks who uses NeoTextureEditor or texture searcher themselves, I’ve found a nice texture pack in

It’s 800 MB, but it’s exclusive :(, but it’s very cheap :), only $10,00 for a premium acc for 30 days.

Nice. And under what license are the files distributed?
+1 to Erlend’s question. I poked around the site a bit and found some stuff available under Creative Commons, so it seems promising overall (though paid content doesn’t quite lend itself to a CC license here ^^)
I don’t know, but the most resources from there are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 License.
