Beginner problems

Hello,

i'm a newbie in jMonkey and i'm trying to get a tutorial working since 8 hours with no success.

how are you launching it?  I'm confused that it's looking at signing info…

Hi,

ist very vers hard to get into java project building. It's easier ti create and run a c++ projekt.

Toooooo many options, tooooo many instructions. I'm working since two days to get one HelloWorld sample working.

I've done everything complained in this tutorial:

http://www.jmonkeyengine.com/wiki/doku.php?id=setting_up_netbeans_5.0_to_build_jme_and_jme-physics_2

now i get the following error message when i will run the sample by clicking on the project with the right mosue button and then "run"

08.05.2007 09:37:50 com.jme.app.BaseGame start

INFO: Application started.

08.05.2007 09:37:50 com.jme.system.PropertiesIO <init>

INFO: PropertiesIO created

08.05.2007 09:37:50 com.jme.system.PropertiesIO load

WARNUNG: Could not load properties. Creating a new one.

java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: no lwjgl in java.library.path

puuh. i've got it by myself. i have to add the path to the jMonkey libraries to the global path variable from windows.

greets

did you use any of the guides in the wiki?

good you got it working. i would just like to say i think it's quite the opposite, with java projects just working and c++ includes, libs and linking is hell on earth

/agree mrcoder.  Definitely, although I suppose it depends on what experience you come to the table with.
