Blender unshaded material

Does anyone know how to create an unshaded material with a texture in Blender without the need to change the material in code to “Common/MatDefs/Misc/Unshaded.j3md”? It seems that everything I’ve tried still results in the lighting material being applied to the objects.

Apply a j3m material that uses Unshaded.j3md in the SceneComposer.
