Blender user data not savable?

I recently updated my jME and noticed that my program crashed upon loading my Blender file. I noticed that the error was due to this revision that made Blender user properties no longer savable.



I use the properties in Blender for in-game data, as it is easier to modify the data in Blender than specifying it in a file, etc. Is there a workaround so that Blender data can get incorporated into JME like before, or will I need to find another solution to get custom data imported from Blender?

The issue is the one described in the commit message. The normal properties should be saved as UserData on Spatials (e.g. numbers and strings), I guess it won’t be possible to conserve all types of blender properties…? @Kaelthas?
