in the googlecode-SVN-Repository there are two files called
README.txt
and
README.TXT
(see: http://jmonkeyengine.googlecode.com/svn/branches/jme3/ )
I take it that Mac or Linux-Users will be unconcerned from this problem as their OS can distinguish between two files with equal filenames but different upper-case and lower-case letters.
Unfortunately, Windows does not do so. The OS would think one file exists twice on that SVN-Repo and an Error would pop up telling you you're unable to Checkout the trunk.
