Can I use JmonkeyPlatform-Tools in IntelliJ IDEA or Eclipse?

There are JmonkeyPlatform-Tools panel which contains such buttons as Edit Terrain, Edit Vehicle…
Can I have these tools in IntelliJ IDEA or Eclipse ? If yes, then how can I install them ?

Nope you can’t,those are netbeans modules.
