Cant update in Linux (Suse)

I have a little problem with jMonkey in linux. I have always 35 updates avaliable. When I restart it says an update is in progress but then i have another time 35 updates =/ .

In the console I can see a menssage that says:

OGL: Throttling update loop.

Anyone know something about this ?

Thnxs

Typing “chmod +x *” inside …/jmonkeyplatform/jdk/jre/bin solved the problem

I have a similar but different problem (which nothing in the linked thread fixed). My splash screen comes up, the loading progress bar at the bottom progression about 2/3 full. The it pauses and seems to hang on “Turning on modules” for 20-30 seconds, then crashes (never see the IDE or anything else after the incomplete splash screen vanishes.

What is going on? How can I fix it?

[Sorry, didin’t mean to double post; I guess I just hit the button twice or something]

Oh, I am running Linux Mine 16.

P.S.: Also, trying to reinstal as parte dof a hoped for fix, I found that it now wouldn’t install; the install script now gives this:

ux-x64.sh Configuring the installer... Searching for JVM on the system... Preparing bundled JVM ... Extracting installation data... Running the installer wizard... [Error] wizard.xml.0:43:10: cvc-complex-type.2.4.b: The content of element 'wizard' is not complete. One of '{component}' is expected.
