CapsuleCollisionShape

Hi,

I have a problem to create a properly CapsuleCollisionShape for my character.

[java]

CapsuleCollisionShape capsule = new CapsuleCollisionShape(1.5f, 6f, 1);

player = new CharacterControl(capsule, 0.05f);

model = (Node) assetManager.loadModel("Animation/DiegoWalkingLoop2/zm_Skin.mesh.xml");

player.setPhysicsLocation(new Vector3f(0, 5, 0));

The problem is that my model is sometimes bumping (when the he is standing) and he is not touching the ground,I think the CapsuleCollisionShape is maybe to big but I dont get that fixed.

physicsSpace.enableDebug(assetManager); allows you to see the debug output of the physics space.

but how can I move the CapsuleCollisionShape ?

The only option I have is to scale ist…

ok i found it on my own… :slight_smile:

short description:

-load model in node A

-setLocalTranslation on node A

-attach node A to B

-and work with node B…
