ChaseCamera ignores my default horizontal rotation

I’m trying to fix things about the chase camera:

when I do chaseCam.setDefaultHorizontalRotation(FastMath.PI/2); the chase camera is not initialized in given position. But when I do chaseCam.setDefaultVerticalRotation(FastMath.PI/16); the vertical rotation initialization works just fine.

How do I fix this? What is are the lines of code that deal with this? I’ve looked at the code but I don’t know where the problem happens.

hmm i was just using it the other day and it worked fine. perhaps you have to set the default rotation before adding the target/chased object to the scene graph?

@icamefromspace It is attached to the rootNode already.
