Cinematics - Why can I not play events triggered at time < 0.1

I am creating events at times like 0.03 (basically < 0.1) that don’t get read by cinematics. I debugged the code and it puts the event in the cinematicEvents arraylist however, it doesn’t play them. It only pays events triggered at times > 0.09999

Any way around this? @nehon might be the perfect guy to answer this.
