Collada import - Problem with normals


Hi,

after some troubles i finally managed to get my animated mesh from maya into jme using the Feelingsoft's exporter. However, there is still one problem left.



it seems that the normals got messed up somehow..
or is it a different problem ? has anybody had a similar problem before ?

i've run into this…

couldn't figure out what was going wrong…

happened on both blender and max export…

Might try viewing the normals with the debugger to verify.  Is that your tbind pose before animation occurs or after animated?

yep its the bind pose. but somehow the problem does not occour if i export the model from maya, following a certain sequence when selecting the bones..dont know why but it works.
