Debug view of jbullet-jme

Hi i tested PhysicsDebugger and I have  2 things to say:

Sometimes the representation disappears (similar when a object have the boundings wrong) and if the node have a CompoundShape isn't rendered

I haven't tested it extensively yet, I just added it to trunk already because its nothing that could disturb production games in any way. I know that CompoundCollisionShapes are not properly handled yet, maybe chris still wants to put it in?

On certain camera angle, things just disappear…

Hi i modificated PhysicsDebugger to draw CompoundShapes, because i need for work (work with invisible objects is so uncomfortable xD)

Is in importexport svn branch.
