Dirt! 3D Hack and Slash

Would it be posible to "save" the dynamicly created textures to file and load them with the .jme loader? Or would that mess up the loading somehow?

Well, the idea is that you have one texture that can be applied to multiple models and the skin and such colors will be correctly set for each individual.

He wrote his own program that opens the NWN file and reads the information there and builds it.

Well, Graum did that part, but yeah.

I do not fully understand what you mean but the way it sounds I think that you can make a converter by making a controller that takes care of the colors and having the controller loadable form .jme files.
