Displaying Bounding Volumes in JME3

I’m working on a new project and trying to figure out why things aren’t culling properly. So, I wanted to display the bounding volumes of all the nodes to check that they are correct. However, I can’t figure out how to do this in JME3.

In JME2 it was built into SimpleGame, but in JME3 its not built into SimpleApplication (at least as far as I can tell). Any help would be appreciated.

Its amazing, huh? In jME3, things just cull properly ;)

There is no debug view for the collision shapes afaik, but the SceneComposer in jMP shows a box based on the bounding volume when you select a spatial and have "show selection" enabled. This just works for BoundingBoxes and saved scenes atm.

Oops, I missed a word. I meant things didn’t appear to be culling properly.

Can you perhaps make a small test case that demonstrates this issue? You can also try printing out the bounding volume of the node incorrectly culled, to see if it has any invalid values.
