I want to simulate reflections by using an enviromental mapped texture on top of the default texture of an imported .obj from blender.
If I set the reflection texture in Blender, jmonkey does not load the texture.
I also generated a material from the imported object in jmonkey, and added a cubemap texture using the GUI. It crashed the object on android build… on my PC build, the texture was not showing at all.
I’d like a little tutorial or an explanation about adding enviromental textures on top of imported objects/materials.
I’m also making the game for PSP/PSVITA and i could set an env-map texture that produces a more “professional” look to the object with white stripes over it, (much more noticeable when the object rotates).
