I currently try out jME on my pc at work (don’t tell somebody, won’t you?).
It has an onboard Intel graphics adapter 82865G.
I keep getting OpenGL stack overflow errors even for the simplest test applications like com.jmetest.renderer.TestCylinder
The exception occurs at org.lwjgl.opengl.Display.update or rather then org.lwjgl.opengl.Util.checkGLError
Searching the lwjgl forums did not reveal any useful information.
Any idea somebody?
As you said, that’s a LWJGL error… Have you tried some opengl games on this computer ? Maybe it’s a driver issue…
At work I have an intel 82865G. They didn’t work for me at first either. Then I updated my graphics drivers and everything works fine now.
ACK, I’ll see what I can do tomorrow. It’s a shame it generates an open gl stack overflow on a rotating cylinder …
I am working on getting jogl support for jme. If it is a bug lwjgl jogl works then it may work with my code.
