You should probably contact Microsoft’s support if you have problems installing their OS.

Is that a joke haha I’m using win10 trying to install the engine.

Failed to install win10

Is what you put as your title

This was the 32bit version which I tried after the 64bit failed.

Fixed just for you

Also:

I mean, it’s the exact same problem. No need to create new threads each time some new fact comes to light. Else we can change the name of the forum to the “SDK install errors forum”

I mean it didn’t pop up when I was typing it or when I searched for it. Next time I will search for every possible title.

Or when the issue is really fresh, just scan the top five latest posts.

Edit: and really it’s no big deal… but when someone points it out to you that you are reposting, probably best to just say “oops” instead of doubling down and saying “but this is 32 bit”.

I was simply clarifying since your post mentioned 64bit. Didn’t see that you were posting a different thread.

I provided links to the issues others have reported so that you know where to watch for when solutions are likely available.

…the original thread being the most likely place that news about a fix will be posted but the second link may also get an update.

Since you post doesn’t mention that it’s actually the SDK, or the version… and because it’s essentially a duplicate of the others, it’s less likely to get an update.

So keep an eye on the original reports.
