Frame Rate Drop Bug

Not sure if this has been mentioned, but I couldn’t find anything.

I loaded my first textured OgreXML mesh into the newest JMP today and at a mere 8000 tris I thought it was odd that I was hardly able to move the camera around once I started the game; maybe 2 or 3 fps. It renders fine in the SceneViewer though.

I restarted JMP and it seems to be fixed, now.

This has happened twice today. If this problem occurs again, is there anything I can do to find out what’s happening so I can post it?

I’m on Win 7 Ultimate 32bit with 2g ram and 2 radeon 3870s crossfired.

You might try disabling Crossfire as it can sometimes have a detrimental effect on OpenGL if not configured correctly
