My money is on texture coordinates, though I don't have any evidence to back this up. It looks like the image is being morphed in some weird way.

Ah, it works now… In the 2nd screenshot, all of them are imposters? I don’t really know what the original model looked like, but the black borders gave me a hint it might not be real …
There’s a non impostor there somewhere, but I don’t know where. They look almost identical. I am confident there will be impostors of a quality equal to that of the model.
And also I think there was a problem with the web page not the link.Time to switch, its not the first time.
