I was asking... this explicitly because using http://pub.admc.com/modeler/modeler.jnlp&pipeline=false still makes the app freeze.

That should be fixed now.
Please see this new Topic, and open a new Topic for any new issues.

Hehe,…maybe you have the same problem that I have. I can't access blaine's server from my computer at work(located in luxemburg). No chance… don't know why. At home with my normal dsl-modem (from germany) no problem…

One options would be to get the latest version from the blenderjme-branch of the jMonkeyEngine-svn:

http://jmonkeyengine.googlecode.com/svn/

(browse there to blenderjme and build it with ant)

There is no reply from http://pub.admc.com, can anybody share the hottbj-0.4a.zip, please?!

Hey there blaine

Did you dig into the blender 2.5alpha export api? The current HottBJ version does not work with it but blender 2.5 supposedly has an extended export api, maybe a way to get around some of the current problems?

Cheers,

Normen

What are the current problems?

E.g, not being able to set the rest position of armatures. I'm sure theres more and blender supposedly improved a lot scripting-wise.

Agreed, but I won't have time for a while yet.
