That one actually has Orange exhaust. Think of it as an emissive color, that is added to the blue of the sky to appear pink.
I’d also say that this jet is running on afterburner, so you’re getting fuel that is still burning outside the engine. A normal jet at cruising speed will not have much, it any, color to the exhaust.
