How can I move a corner of a quad mesh? [solved]

I need to draw a square for a multi-select.
but I dont know how to move a corner of square and extend it according to mouse position…

Basic idea: recalculate vertex positions and reset the mesh buffer.

You could do it in a vertex shader if it’s for visual purposes only.

You could also just create a 1x1 quad and scale it according to width/height required.
