How to generate fragment and vertex programs for parallax mapping?

this might a very stupid question but i wanna know how to generate fragment and vertex programs for parallax mapping.



i did a simple test using the ones in jmetest/data/image. the result is pretty impressive. but do i need to generate my own fp and vp files or i can just use them?
