How to make toon edge transparent

cant quite figure out how to do that…if it can be done, what I want to try is to create edges that are influenced by the color of the objects they outline

Hm, if setting the alpha value of the color doesn’t work then I guess its not built in and you’d have to extend the shader…

nah it doesn’t seem to work, the alpha that is, but setting edge intensity seems to compensate. The outline might also need to rest on the model like an inner edge rather than just outside the model along with inverting the effect of “setEdgeWidth” so that the edge actually covers the model a bit, can you direct me to the part of the shader that I should look at…is something like that is doable.

No, no idea how the shader looks ^^ But afaik its not a big one really.
