I tried textVAlign=“center” but it is not working, at least in preview. Can’t run the game for some reason right now to see if it’s just a bug in the preview.
A bit more info wouldn’t hurt. Really. What text field? What code? Xml if it is nifty you are talking about. Just that this forum gets a chance to help instead placing wild guess.

Friendly tip: when you ask for help, pack in as much information as you can and you’re much more likely to get good help. What’s the XML for this UI? What do you expect the component to do? What’s it actually doing?
A preview of SDK I guess. I would not count on that I would first try to make your game work and verify it. And then come back with a bit more information. If you really want help?!
