Image Painter - where do I get those?

I found very interesting library mentioned here on the forums. I believe it was Zarch who created it. Where can I download those (I mean as a jar, not via jMonkey Plugin, as I’m using IntelliJ)?

And less important but still I’d like to try - where can I download jMe 3.1 nightly build (same story - engine libraries, not entire software).
