INSTALL JME2 and JME Physics help

i try to follow this tutorial:

http://www.jmonkeyengine.com/wiki/doku.php?id=setting_up_netbeans_6.1_for_jme_2.0

but when i arrive at this point:

Create a New Project
Create a new project in NetBeans, selecting a Java free-form project.
Set the location to your jME2/jME2 folder containing the SVN files.
Name it something if it hasn't already, and click next until you get to a finish button and create your project by pressing the finish button.

i have a problem.
NetBeans says that:
"project folder is already owned by NetBeans project JMonkey Engine(jar)"

there is something like an impl-directory you have to include to your classpath.

impl/jbullet/src . (Something like that! Don't have a jME-Installation right here)

EDIT: I had a look in the tutorial. Did you follow that step:

Click add folder → Add impl/ode/src folder (again in your jME2Physics SVN folder).

yes i follow that step!

ok, i think i compile jme and jme physics. I create jme-compile, jmephysics-compile, jme-run, jmephysics run. But when a create a new project and when i try to run it i have this error:

java.lang.IllegalStateException: No physics implementation was registered nor found!

I think every version since 6.1 is compatible with that tutorial, it's just an update, because the jME trunk contains Maven files now..

Oh,…I learned there is another better link using the svn:

http://www.jmonkeyengine.com/wiki/doku.php?id=setting_up_netbeans_6.7_for_jme_svn

The old link you've posted shows, how to set up jME 2.0, from the archive but not the trunk/SVN

and since jME 2.0.1 is out, it's deprecated… (the tutorial…)

Should I write a new one, or does even anyone here reall USE a non-SVN version?

this tutorial says ho to checkout and compile jme2 but not jme2 physics, or not?

No…seems not to be mentioned.

Use this link to checkout the trunk:

http://jmephysics.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/

I didn't mention this, because there are some fundamental restructures happening in jME-Physiscs.

Well, to "install" jME-Physiscs, just do the same like you've done with jME2
just replace the url, like mentioned.

ok, i think i solve all! thank to everyone

i delete all and try to re-install all

Maybe when reinstalling you can note done additional information you would find useful if reading the tutorial before.

It is always hard to write a tutorial so someone without experience in that topic can understand everything…

Good luck and be welcome…

no, i'm sorry i don't say that tutorial isn't good! the problem are "I" becouse i don't speak english very well and i don't have a lot of experience with this things. i'm sorry again.
