is there a url availabe, which adds the latest JME version via softwareupdate (HELP|Software Updates|Available Software) to eclipse?

Nope, jME itself is not an Eclipse plugin.

You need to use an SVN client to get updates. You can either use Subclipse (an Eclipse plugin) or Tortoise SVN which runs outside of Eclipse. See the tutorials available on this site.
