Is there an existing version of our favorite Monkey animated in 3D ? in a .jme file format or other (.md2, etc ?)
Not that I know of. The current logo 2D logo is available as an SVG file made by sfera. (the logo on the website that is, the logo in cvs is still based on the old logo), that might be helpful if someone wants to make a 3D version.
blender comes with an unanimated monkey head (suzanne) at least (a primitive like cube, sphere, …).
Maybee You can take this as base and add the monkey beneath it ?
