Lwjgl3 causes view port to be a quarter of the screen

When using lwjgl3 as a runtime dependancy, the width and height of the view port are halved.
The first picture is how it should look, made by using the standard lwjgl dependency.


The second picture is using lwjgl3

This effect is higlighted when using cyan as the background colour of the viewport.

which is this example? “hello materials”?

Yes I believe so but the bug is reproducible for any scene
