… this has been branded Maker’s Tale since February but it has been kept under wraps till now, so I haven’t been able to share the weeks of progress. The video show’s a quick snap shot of some of the improvements to the Hex Engine, I hope to drop the playable tech demo in the next few days/weeks.

I'm really excited to share this with you guys, so much work has gone into this that I haven't been able to show anyone.

Maker's Tale gameplay takes place on a tabletop board game that has sprung to life in the imagination of young boy named Maker. It is currently Fantasy RTS like combat in an sandbox environment empowering the player to build up, tear down, and change the map/level in real time during play.

More details coming soon, this is just the first step in very long road ;)

Gotta agree that this was a hell of a job. What is called that drag and drop programming, just like Blender has?

It's called my whip together Nifty rough copy of Blender's node editor UI, or "wtnrcobneui".

Hey guys,

I’m working with James on this game. I’ve been doing the art and thought I’d share some of the stuff I’ve done for this project.

Here is a render of one of the character’s or units. It’s the same one you can see in the video
