MonkeyWorld3D site

Hi all,

Its been long time in their, but now I officially announce it.

http://www.monkeyworld3d.com/

We will try our best to make more informative for the upcoming stuff. So keep an eye over us.

Thanks.

Lots of problems, such as missing images on the home page, screenshots & download pages giving page not found error, and also the links menu cloned as the navigation menu, etc. You should get a working site before announcing it

So there will be an own forum for the editor on that side?

Did you consider getting a subforum on this board?

Their is currently a section called Forums, but its very simple, something from Drupal it self. You can post their if you wish.

Certainly not meant as a snide remark at the expense of fellow community members who have done much work for the jME community over the last 2-3 years, but only a bug report spiced up with a bit of humor.
Yet it can be better at times to use more than a smiley to indicate that, or maybe to even sacrifice the humor in order to not unintentionally be offensive. Just my opinion, no offense intended.

Mm, you're right. I was in a bit of a rush and didn't bother to edit my post properly; I hope nobody is offended.  :|

I am not offended at all Momoko_Fan, never. Yes we need to make more work but  :|, almost using all the time that we got to make things better.

havee, you are the sweetest of all.

Yesterday I downloaded and isntalled version 4 from the website. But I can't seem to get any of the functionality that is visible in the screenshots. Am I doing something wrong here, or is it simply not that far yet, not being offically released and all.

Besides that, is there going to be any sort of tutorial?

Hi ractoc.

Can you maybe explain yourself a little bit more? Do you have a screenshot of what

you can see on your side of the editor?

There are quite a veriaty of outline views, trees and properties sections.

Can you even start creating a new jME Spatial scene?

At the moment it's mostly rotation / scaling and moving the model I have problems with. I can get a model loaded. But when I select the model and then select rotate for example, I can't rotate it. I hover the mouse over one of the arrow representing the three axis, but they won't get activated so I can actually do something like drag them to their new position.
