Need help for basic animation of an arm

Ok read this, and when you say Apply all rotations and scales... You mean locRotScale keyframe in blander ? Because I did that.

I followed step by step the file for modeling the arm. My issue won’t go away. I remade the model.

Does someone know what is really wrong with the model ?

The problem seems to be the fact that the pieces are not attached together by vertex but only by bones.

Do you know why ?
