how to hold the effekt changes after an effekt has ended?

You can set the “neverStopRendering” attribute on the effect to “true” which makes the effect to be active even when it’s time is done.
This attribute was missing from the wiki and I’ve added it to the standard parameters reference in the nifty wiki:
