Nightly Build instalation

Hi all

Is there a problem if i  just place the .jar files in the java home directory to be able to use jme.

something like this

C:JAVA_HOMEjrelibext

Jme.jar

jme-effects.jar

jme-model.jar

jme-sound.jar

jme-terrain.jar

jmetest.jar

jmetest-data.jar

jme-ui.jar

jogg-0.0.5.jar

jorbis-0.0.12.jar

lwjgl.jar

lwjgl_fmod3.jar

lwjgl_util.jar

and the .dll in this directory

C:JAVA_HOMEjrebin

lwjgl.dll

lwjglaudio.dll

lwjgl-fmod3.dll

I know jme has a new version so the files are exacly the same .Can someone tell me how to do this with the newer version bcs i dont use eclipse nor java beans

If someone could help i will be much apreciated

thanks

not sure if …jrebin is the proper one ?

but one of the more severe drawbacks is:

the libs get updated frequently and it is likely You will forget to copy them to this location at some point, wondering why jme behaves strangely from then on  ;), as java uses the old libs. And what if You or Your audience updates java some day ?

So my advice: set a classpath to the .jar's and add the libs (.dll) via vm parameter -Djava.library.path= …

Each ide should allow You to specify this as project settings somehow.

is working now thanks
