Obsolete jME distributions and jME Webstart offerings

The offerings available under the "nightly" directories are like 3 months old.  If we are going to keep old builds laying around, the directories should be named appropriately.

jME users who don't customize should be able to refer to a working jME-hosted JNLP to pull in a jME distribution, at least the 2.0.1 distribution, in the same way that I refer to both JOGL and LWJGL to pull in their distributions.  All *.jnlp files in the jME 2 code base, and all *.jnlp files under http://www.jmonkeyengine.com/webstart use pre-2.0.1 distributions and/or point to bad URLs.  Better to offer no JNLP files than to provide broken ones.

I posed the question at the time of setting up Hudson as to whether or not there was a need/desire to keep older builds around.  Never got an answer to that one though… I personally see no reason for them to all be there, we could do something like the most recent and a folder for older builds.

Ok, I see what’s going on, there’s a nightly folder in the webstart folder… not sure who/when that’s from but the current nightlies are here:

That's good for part of the problem.  No help for the total lack of a non-ancient JNLP file which works.

This would provide a good impetus to update the demo webstarts as well.  I'll work at getting this stuff updated in a timely fashion
