For our project in the second year in the Technical Institute of Laval (France), we have developed a video game with jMonkeyEngine. The game is a tactical RPG where the action phases are in 3D.
The game isn’t finished, but, you can have a preview of the different phases of the game (map, battle, shop, team).
For this project, we are 6 persons : 4 developers et 2 computer graphic artists.

The website is in english and in french but the game is only in french. sorry…
Very nice - reminds me of Fallout (Tactics). I guess thats the route you're aiming for.

I've seen that de jme website have been rebuilt and now, there are a video player for demo projects. If you want, I can make a video of my project to illustrate our website. (My screenshots are still available).
However, the development of the project is over because all members of the team are student and have follow different way.
