Point, pixel, vertex?

Hello,



I was wondering where I can make a point…

A simple pixel… within the 3d space…

I was looking under import com.jme3.scene.shape…

I found the many shapes, line was one that was real close…

I tried a Sphere, I put the radius down to 0.01 and it was the perfect

size… Until I zoomed up to it… But i couldn’t get the zSamples and

radialSamples lower then 3… which made it look like a pyramid…

And when I got to close it vanished… is there any pixel or point or vertex command?



Also, I need whatever technique i use to be very low on memory…

Because I plan on filling my scene with these dots…



What would be the best approach??

What do you want to do?

Rather then a Box, Sphere, Line, a dot…

A single pixel to appear on screen so that from all angles the thickness is only 1 pixel…

You can make a point mesh? Set Mesh.Mode to Point

I’m pretty sure that’s what I am looking for… voxels :slight_smile:
