Anyone can point me to how to create car race game tutorial/sample project with JME3?
I would like to use it as a basis for kids educational project.

I’m not aware of any relevant tutorials. However, you might start with TestFancyCar and work from there: jmonkeyengine/TestFancyCar.java at v3.2 · jMonkeyEngine/jmonkeyengine · GitHub
