Recording JME Scene Video

Hi Guys,
I have a requirement to export part of my JME scene to a video clip.
I’m looking for best practice and found this article: https://wiki.jmonkeyengine.org/jme3/advanced/capture_audio_video_to_a_file.html

Is this the best way to capture video (with sound) ?
Does anyone have any experience with capturing JME videos?

I’ve had far better luck using OBS to capture video. I had problems getting good fps with the built in app state.

You can also simply use the build in recording tool of window 10. Its the best free option in my opinion.
