Search for best Multi-Agent-Simulation (a bit off topic sry)

Hi.
I haven’t found an off topic thread so I thought I would post this here.
I’m currently working on a research paper on artificial intelligence and software-agents and wanted to give an example of a crowd- or multi-agent-simulation.
I was searching the whole web but I shortly found out that most companies say they have the best simulation ^^.
Anyway I think you guys know a lot of this stuff and could help me find a good simulation.

Any help is appreciated :D.
I know this sounds crazy but my teacher isn’t really into games and therefore I’m rather searching for crowd simulations for example.

I didn’t tip you about him and his project just so he would do your work for you. If you’re on a tight schedule then your time will be better spent working independently instead of trying your luck on the forum.

Its not completed but it would be interesting to see some demo used by someone else.

You're not really doing my work. I just thought that some of you may know a good simulation. I just asked if you could give me the name of that. The whole work of checking it out and writing a text to it I will of course do myself.
