are shadows already working somehow ? i've seen that's a feature which should be in the next release ? and found a few references in this forum … but nothing concrete…

so … is there some kind of implementation for shadows ? and how is it used … or … when could it be available ? any ideas ? :slight_smile:

There was an early shadow implementation, but it hacked the renderer for multipass (so it was never put into the core), so 0.10 is introducing proper multipass and putting the shadows in place. It shouldn't be too long (weeks) before it's in completely.
