[Solved] How to mark a topic as solved?

I can’t seem to find the option to mark a support request as solved (my own questions that get answered along the way)

I saw this on Discourse:

Find solutions together

Crowdsource a self-service knowledge hub of common questions, interesting ideas, and great conversations. Vote up your favorite ideas, mark solutions as the official answer, and collaboratively edit with full revision history.

Is this because this hub is running an older version, that there’s no real ‘Mark as solved’ feature?

There’s no need to have a “feature”. You can just edit the title to say “[Solved]” at the start.

but…but…okay…[Solved]

This has to be some sort of record.

I’ll take some sort any day. Hear ye, hear ye: I now hold some sort of record.

I disagree. Here’s how it should work:

That’s totally how it should work. And if you see that post listed (ej: Discourse Meta - The Official Support Forum for Discourse) you can also see a checkbox ticked (just like a pin icon for pinned) icon. Using the [solved] tag on titles is just a patch to a leaking feature.
