SoundManager Depricated Messages?

I recently upgraded to the latest CVS and now I’m a lot of messages like these:

 com.jme.sound.SoundPool in com.jme.sound has been deprecated
    [javac] import com.jme.sound.SoundPool;
    [javac]                      ^
com.jme.sound.SoundPool in com.jme.sound has been deprecated
    [javac]             int programid = SoundPool.compile(new URL[] { weaponURL });
 warning: com.jme.sound.SoundPool in com.jme.sound has been deprecated
    [javac] import com.jme.sound.SoundPool;
    [javac]                      ^
warning: com.jme.sound.SoundAPIController in com.jme.sound has been deprecated
    [javac]             SoundAPIController.getRenderer().draw(snode);
    [javac]
....

Even the examples in jmetest give these messages if you compile it with deprication turned on (add <i>deprecation="true"</i> to the javac command in buildtest.xml).

Should I be doing something different now? What are these changes?

Good question since we all use SoundPool in our apps. Arman is currently working hard on the sound api. Maybe he can fill us in…
