We covered the topic of a Subversion "config" file last year. It just enforces correct file properties for developers who "commit" new files. If our code committers all use a good config file, our Subversion artifacts will always have the right properties (executability, line-delimiters correct for platform, etc.).
I've opened this topic to let interested parties know that I've updated my config file to accommodate the several parsing bugs in Subversive. I know that most of the regulars here are Eclipse users.
If you are interesed, just say so and I'll paste the file here with instructions for command-line, Turtle, SmartSVN, and Eclipse users (Eclipse users just Import it).
If the admins want to avoid after-the-fact cleanup of Subversion properties, I can add an item to the developer setup area of the Wiki.
Interested.
