This is a pretty old driver (I believe more than a year old) can you try updating your driver?

I'm not sure how to go about doing that, could you give me instructions or something?

Go to: http://www.nvidia.com/content/drivers/drivers.asp

Pick graphics driver in the first column, GeForce and TNT in the second column, and Windows XP/2000 in the third column, then click Go!. The site should give you sufficient direction from there.
