I just checked Google Translator and it seems like it got a lot more accurate now, so much that it's scary (I know 3 languages so I checked). Maybe those instant voice translators you see in sci-fi movies will become reality soon :-o

There are no official Chinese docs available for jME, nor are there any Chinese developers around that I know of. Your best bet would be to give google translator a try, or hire a translator to translate the docs for you if you're willing to pay for it.
