Tilable Texture mapping for Terrain

Has anyone used this in their projects? I’m thinking for generating tilable textures for terrain? Any thoughts on it?


My other question is could this be modified to only creat the Wang Tile set?

I’ve been playing with that to generate base textures but as far as turning them into Wang Tile sets to make them tilable for a whole terrain is what I’m looking for. The Wang tile system seems to be a good idea to keep system resources low and the appearance up.
