Now that the sdk is gone and everyone is posting his tools, i think that it would be a good idea to make a dedicate category or wiki page for this purpose.
I know there is already an User Code & Projects category and a Contributions page but i think it would be better to split libraries from tools.

I think we can revisit this when this type of topic is more prevalent. It’s usually not a good idea to pre-emptively create categories, especially not when we have a perfectly good “catch-all” in User Code & Projects for the time being.
